Last updated: 23 June 2026  ·  EverLedge is a trading style of Poppin Brands Limited

Please read these terms carefully before using EverLedge. By creating an account you agree to be bound by them. If you have any questions, contact us at support@everledge.co.uk.

1. About EverLedge

EverLedge is a digital estate planning tool operated by Poppin Brands Limited, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our"). EverLedge allows individuals to record estate assets, track lifetime gifts, name executors, and store estate documents in one secure place.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EverLedge website and application. By registering for an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Not legal or financial advice

Important: EverLedge is an organisational tool, not a source of legal, tax, or financial advice. Information displayed within EverLedge — including any inheritance tax estimates — is illustrative only and does not constitute professional advice. IHT calculations depend on many factors that EverLedge cannot fully account for. You should always consult a qualified solicitor or tax adviser before making decisions about your estate.

3. Your account

To use EverLedge you must register for an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Ensuring the information you enter is accurate and up to date.
  • Notifying us immediately at support@everledge.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and a UK resident to use EverLedge. By registering, you confirm that this is the case.

4. Subscription and billing

EverLedge is available on two plans:

  • Free — unlimited gifts, assets and executors, executor portal (summary view). No payment required.
  • Professional — £6 per month, billed monthly. Includes the Documents vault, full IHT report, and full executor portal access.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing to Professional, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel your Professional subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain Pro access until then and will not be charged again.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at support@everledge.co.uk and we will investigate promptly.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will not apply to your current billing period.

5. Executor data and third-party consent

When you add an executor's details to EverLedge, you confirm that you have obtained their explicit consent for their personal information to be recorded and potentially shared via the EverLedge executor portal. You are responsible for ensuring this consent is in place before adding any third party's details.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use EverLedge to:

  • Upload or share content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or another user's account.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the service for any commercial purpose other than managing your own estate.
  • Scrape, copy or redistribute any part of the service without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

7. Your data

You own the data you enter into EverLedge. We do not claim any rights over your estate records or uploaded documents. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details of how we handle your data.

If you delete your account, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

8. Our intellectual property

EverLedge, including its design, software, and content (excluding your personal data), is owned by Poppin Brands Limited and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of EverLedge without our written consent.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep EverLedge available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or changes to the service, and will try to give reasonable notice of any significant disruption.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poppin Brands Limited is not liable for:

  • Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information displayed in EverLedge.
  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss.
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.

Our total liability to you in any calendar year is limited to the amount you have paid us in subscription fees during that year. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
